Before making a complaint, please contact us by e-mail to describe the case.
In accordance with current law, you have 14 calendar days to return the goods from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, fill in the necessary declaration and send it to our address together with the returned product(s).
To make a claim, follow the steps below:
1. return/complaint form
Send the returned product to the address indicated in the email by the shop staff.
The document should contain the following details:
- name
- e-mail or postal address
- telephone number
- indication of product number
- reason for complaint
- date of purchase
- date of defect.
The goods are returned at the customer's expense.
The returned product must not bear any signs of use or signs of assembly.
Each item must be complete and factory-packed.
The goods must be delivered in their original packaging intact.
Along with the goods to be returned, the customer must return any products/benefits that he/she received free of charge and/or that were a condition of receiving or received at a preferential price when purchasing the returned goods.
In the event that the package has been damaged by the courier, please enclose a damage report written by the courier on the day of delivery.
Please enclose a withdrawal form and proof of purchase or send it by e-mail to info@bztech.pl.

2. returning the product
When submitting a complaint, please send back the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.
3. return address
The address for sending the product back is specified by the seller in the feedback to the customer.

ATTENTION !!!
We do not accept returns on rims or other items that show signs of fitting, so you should always make sure that the rims will fit the car by trying one on the front axle ‘dry’ (without the tyre) before mounting the tyres on the rims.
