Returns and complaints

Before making a complaint, please contact us by email to describe the case.
According to the applicable law, you have 14 calendar days to return the goods from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill out the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product(s).

To make a claim, follow the steps below:

1. return/complaint form

Return the product should be sent to the address indicated in the email by the store staff.

The document should contain the following details:
- name
- e-mail address or mailing address
- telephone number
- indication of the product number
- reason for complaint
- date of purchase
- date of occurrence of the defect.

Return of goods is carried out at the expense of the customer.
Returned product can not bear signs of use and traces of assembly.
Each item must be complete and factory-packed.
The goods must be delivered in the original packaging intact.
Along with the returned goods, the customer must return any products/benefits that he received free of charge, and/or whose condition for receiving or receiving at a preferential price was the purchase of the returned goods.
If the package has been damaged by the courier, please include a damage report written at the courier on the day of delivery.

2. sending back the product
When making a complaint, please send back the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

NOTE !!!

We do not accept returns of rims and other items bearing traces of assembly, so before putting tires on the rims you should always make sure that the rims will fit the car, by trying one of them on the front axle “dry” (without a tire).
